Do I need to Create an Account to make a purchase?

No, you don’t have to create an account. Simply choose Guest Checkout if you wish to checkout without creating an account.

Creating an account allows to keep track of all your current and previous orders with us.


Can I make an order via SMS or WhatsApp?

Sorry we do not take in orders via SMS or WhatsApp. To purchase our items, simply make an order from our website.


What Payment Methods are accepted?

Singapore Customers:

Malaysia Customers:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Paypal
  • Bank Transfer (Maybank)

All Other Countries:

  • Credit/Debit Card

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Sorry we do not accept Cash-on-delivery at the moment.


What are your Shipping Options?

Singapore:

  • Singpost Normal Mail - 3 to 5 Working days after mailing
  • FAST Courier - 2 Working days
  • Same Day Courier - Mon to Fri only. Order by 1pm to receive on the same day.

*Note that Singpost Normal Mail does not have tracking. We will not be liable for any lost mail. For safety, we have return address labels on all our packages. But we highly recommend using our FAST or Same Day courier options so as to receive your packages swiftly and safely.


Malaysia & Brunei: 

  • Singpost Registered mail - 1 to 2 Weeks after mailing

International:

  • Express Shipping - 5 to 7 Working days


Can I Self-collect my items?

Yes, you can self-collect your orders. Just indicate in the comments section that you wish to self-collect and state the date and time of self-collection.


Can I Walk-in to purchase your items?

Our office is unfortunately not open for walk-ins. But we may organize walk-in fleas occasionally. Be sure to look out for special announcements on our Instagram.


Can I return the items I purchased and get a refund?

Sorry we do not allow returns and refunds.


My item has defects. What can I do?

If your item has defects, do take a picture of the defects and contact us via WhatsApp 83885004 or email us at ayu@ayuapparels.com


My item does not fit me. Can i exchange it to another size or item?

Sorry, unfortunately we do not accept exchanges or returns.


I got a different item from what I ordered. What can I do?

If you received a wrong item, do take a picture of it and contact us via WhatsApp 83885004 or email us at ayu@ayuapparels.com


Are all your items Free Size?

Size options vary for every item. If the item has sizes, you will be required to select sizes from a dropdown box before adding it to cart. If the item is free size, you may simply add it to cart straight away.


I am not sure what size to choose. Can I visit your office to try it out?

Sorry, our office is unfortunately not open for walk-in. Do refer to the measurements provided in the product descriptions.


How to I get a coupon code?

Will announce offers and special events on our Instagram. Be sure to look out for them!
